We launched our online DBS business in the UK in 2015 with our head office based in Cardiff; we’ve had steady organic growth since then and the business is now ready to move forward with ambitious expansion plans to grow its digital market share in the UK.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated, experienced e-commerce expert, who is able to expand our online presence and increase online sales, ensuring the best return on investment.

You will be in charge of devising strategies on e-commerce / digital marketing performance and capturing e-commerce audiences, using a range of techniques to drive optimum conversion.

The industry is very fast-paced and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to company and e-commerce changes are key.

You will need to be very reliable and self-directing with the support of a senior management team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, adapt, and can manage / develop their own workload.

Job requirements, education, and skills required:

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role, taking account of the overall online sales channel growth.

Sales forecasting – online vetting and experience of DBS / background checking services / products would be advantageous.

Strong analytical skills for margin control – closely monitor e-commerce margins to meet company targets, taking ownership of monthly sales projections.

Proven experience of managing the operational execution and working with developers:

  • Responsible for operational fulfilment of the service, to ensure customer satisfaction as the service scales
  • Collaborate with the UX designer, developers - and agency - to realise the product roadmap and business objectives

Leadership & team development.

Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments and represent your team at a senior level internally and externally.

Excellent knowledge of online sales channels

Digital Marketing campaign knowledge and experience. Competent eCommerce/Digital Marketer with a broad range of skills (SEO/PPC/Social Campaigns etc.)

· Advanced Microsoft Package Skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel etc.)

· Organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize work.
